Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership: Manage, inspire, and guide a team to achieve company goals while fostering a performance-oriented culture.
2. Sales Development: Create and implement strategies to boost sales and revenue, explore new business opportunities, and align initiatives with company objectives.
3. Business Consultation: Advise business owners and entrepreneurs on operational improvements, growth plans, and market expansion strategies.
4. Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns that promote our services, attract new clients, and enhance brand recognition.
5. Strategic Planning: Partner with management to develop and execute business strategies that support sustainable growth and profitability.

Job Requirements:

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is an advantage.
• Prior experience in conducting online and offline training programs is highly desirable.
• Proven track record in senior management, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented, with a passion for growth, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin (spoken and written), as the role involves frequent communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
