Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Analyst with hands-on experience in automation testing to join our dynamic team. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the quality and performance of our software products, driving automation strategies, and introducing intelligent testing practices to elevate our QA processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and execute advanced automated test scripts using AI-based tools and frameworks.
2. Evaluate and implement AI solutions to improve test efficiency, accuracy, and coverage.
3. Collaborate closely with developers, product managers to understand business requirements and translate them into effective test strategies.
4. Conduct functional, regression, performance, and integration testing across multiple platforms.
5. Identify, document, and track defects; work with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
6. Continuously improve test automation frameworks and recommend best practices for integrating AI into QA workflows.
7. Mentor and guide junior QA analysts on automation and AI testing techniques.
8. Analyze test results, generate detailed reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
9. Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies in AI testing and automation.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
2. 4–6 years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
3. Proven experience in designing and implementing test automation frameworks.
4. Hands-on experience with AI-based testing tools and technologies (e.g., Testim, Applitools, Mabl, Functionize, or similar).
5. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
6. Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
7. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
