System Control Design & Implementation

Develop and implement control systems for water treatment processes. Program, configure, and troubleshoot PLCs and HMIs, including SCADA systems, to enhance process efficiency.

IoT Integration for Water Treatment

Deploy IoT solutions for real-time monitoring and control of key treatment parameters, integrating IoT sensors with SCADA for remote access and improved data-driven decision-making.

System Testing & Commissioning

Conduct testing and commissioning of control and IoT systems to ensure functionality and reliability within water treatment facilities, providing ongoing technical support for operations.

Documentation & Continuous Improvement

Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture and operating procedures. Propose innovative control system and IoT solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Key Requirements:

• Educational Background: At least a Bachelor's, Professional, or Master's degree in a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in PLC (Siemens TIA/PCS7, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Omron), SCADA systems, and experience in IoT integration.
• Ability to read and prepare design drawings, including instrumentation, control, and electrical diagrams (such as IO Lists, Panel Schematics, System Architecture).
• Programming skills in Python or VB, with SQL knowledge as an advantage.
• Minimum 4-6 years in automation engineering.
• Willingness to travel for projects.
• Flexibility to work overtime when necessary.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AI productivity tools.
