Job description

Creating business development strategies for products and services. Presenting business proposals to target partners.

Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee, build, and maintain strong relationships with stockists, retailers, and distributors, acting as a point of contact for inquiries and concerns, and ensuring they meet sales targets.
  2. Track and analyze stockist performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
  3. Negotiate terms and conditions with stockists, including pricing, delivery schedules, and promotional activities.
  4. Address issues with stockists promptly and effectively. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate key findings and recommendations to management.
  5. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Logistics departments to ensure smooth operations.
  6. Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
  7. Ensure stockists have adequate inventory levels to meet customer demands.
  8. Liaise with media such as newspapers and broadcasters on business and development topics.
  9. Undertake assignments as Personal Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer.
  10. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superiors.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (verbal and written).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
