Job Description:

• Communicating with upper management to develop strategic operations goals
• Planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling the overall work program within the framework provided for all the region.
• Monitoring operational performance
• Developing strategic long-range plans to achieve strategic objectives.
• Organizing, supervising, training, disciplining, and appraising subordinates and operatives to achieve optimum productivity and work quality.
• Providing relevant training to the subordinate and Machine Specialist
• Supporting the Operating Unit Manager and Regional Management in ensuring that all operations are in compliance with environment, safety & health (ESH) as well as statutory regulations.
• Monitoring and supervising the Regional Team in their mechanical application as instructed by the company according to the program and schedule.
• Liaising with Vendor/Supplier for related machinery issues
• Communicating with Operating Unit personnel and coordinating activities to ensure smooth and efficient operation with minimum disruption.
• Completing weekly and monthly reports
