1. To involve in the full spectrum of recruitment processes.
2. To liaise with relevant government agencies such as SOCSO, labour office, LHDN, KWSP, and other private corporations pertaining to employee and administration matters.
3. To be involved in the preparation of human resources data, presentations, and reports.
4. To participate in reviewing and updating standard operating procedures manual, job descriptions, and ISO processes.
5. To maintain an effective and efficient filing system, both paper and electronic, ensuring all information is readily accessible and retrievable.
6. To ensure all queries related to human resources and admin work are accurately monitored and resolved.
7. To carry out other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
Requirements :
Candidate must possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Proficiency in Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients, along with Bahasa Malaysia and English.
PC literate (MS Excel & Word).
At least 2 years of relevant work experience is required.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Accurate and detail-oriented worker.
