Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that all targets set by headquarters are met by all personnel in charge and successfully achieved.
2. Oversee staff development and training.
3. Align operations and directions with headquarters as needed.
4. Attain company-set sales objectives.
5. Supervise and coach a sales advisor team consisting of 10 individuals.
6. Monitor follow-up activities with sales advisors and potential buyers.
7. Develop and carry out monthly marketing campaigns.
8. Supervise the daily operations of the showroom.
9. Compile monthly sales reports for management review.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the Automotive Industry is beneficial.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English/Bahasa; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
• Skilled in using computers and digital tools.
• Proficient in managing social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Fresh graduates in Marketing, Business Administration, or IT-related backgrounds are welcome to apply.
