Responsibilities

1. Project Coordination: Oversee daily site operations and coordinate activities between designers, contractors, and vendors. Ensure project milestones are met according to the timeline.
2. Site Supervision: Monitor on-site work to ensure adherence to design plans, specifications, and quality standards. Address and resolve on-site issues or discrepancies.
3. Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure materials and workmanship meet standards. Ensure proper implementation of design elements.
4. Team Management: Supervise on-site workers, subcontractors, and installation teams. Assign tasks, ensure productivity, and communicate project progress to clients and the design team.
5. Material & Resource Management: Monitor inventory, delivery schedules, and coordinate logistics for installation.
6. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records of work progress, issues, and changes. Prepare reports and update project managers regularly.
