Décor Trend Industries Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Finance Manager to join our team in Teluk Panglima Garang, Selangor. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished accounting professional to make a significant impact within our dynamic organisation.

What you'll be doing

1. Full-Set Account Management:
   Manage and maintain the full set of company accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of financial statements. Oversee bookkeeping, general ledger entries, and financial reconciliation for both property and e-commerce operations. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies for all accounting processes. Prepare required documents for audits, tax filings, and other compliance needs.
2. Reporting:
   Generate detailed financial reports and analyses for both property and e-commerce divisions. Present financial performance data to management and propose recommendations based on findings.
3. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement and production, to streamline financial processes:
   Manage and improve inventory accounting, cost allocation, and financial reporting. Support internal and external audits, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records. Assist in cash flow management and risk assessment. Prepare management reports to support strategic business decisions.
4. Ad-Hoc Duties:
   Execute additional tasks as assigned by the immediate superior, supporting both accounting and administrative needs.

• Degree in Accounting or a related field
• 8+ years of post-qualification experience in financial accounting and reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in the use of accounting software and spreadsheet applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
