Job description

As the Accounts Manager at Chartwell Property Management Sdn. Bhd., you will play a key role in managing our financial accounting and reporting functions. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing, well-established property management company in Kuala Lumpur.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle full set of accounts
2. Conduct internal audits
3. Attend monthly meetings and present financial reports at AGMs and EGMs

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related field
• 2–3 years of working experience in property management accounting
• Proficiency in software such as UBS (BSM), Condo Master, Advelsoft, or CSS
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage
• Working hours: 9.00AM to 5.00PM
• Work location: Mont Kiara (Klang Valley)
