We would love to work together in our office a few days ina month.In this role, you will:Responsible for defining and developing ML Platform and frameworks forgenerative AI powered applications. You will collaborate with diversecross-functional partners, including model developers, machine learningsystems engineers and application developers.What you’ll bring:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or equivalentfield.5+ years of industry experience designing, building and supportingmachine learning platforms, services and frameworks.Ability to apply your LLM knowledge with aproduct-oriented focus.Strong proficiency in embeddings, vectorization, vector stores,database optimization, performance tuning, and relevant querylanguages.Familiarity with embedding, retrieval algorithms, agents, datamodeling for vector development graphs.Strong communication skills, and ability to distill technically complexconcepts and data for an intelligent but non-ML audience.Strong understanding of software engineering principles andfundamentals including data structures and algorithms.Solid understanding of concurrency and multi-threading, multiple designpatterns and debugging and analytical methodologies.Self directed, self motivated and detail oriented with ability to comeup with good design proposals and thorough analysis of productionissues.Experience with LLM and other related frameworks likeLangchain, LLamaIndex.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in acollaborative team environment.Added Advantage If You:Contributions to open-source projects or experience leading AIinitiatives.Knowledge of the finance industry and passion for democratizing accessto financial advice.What We Offer:Competitive salary, well above market rates.Unlimited opportunities for learning and growth in a fast-paced,AI-focused startup.Collaborative, people-oriented culture that values transparency, trust,and open communication.Comprehensive employee benefits, including unlimited annual leave,birthday leave, and annual team trips.Opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technologies and make ameaningful impact in the financial industry.If you are a passionate LLM/ML engineer with a track record of buildingexceptional user experiences and a desire to shape the future of financialadvice, we would love to hear from you.
