Job description

We are seeking a responsible and motivated Administration Executive to join our team at eQuick Learn in Shah Alam, Selangor. This is a full-time position responsible for providing key administrative and client service support to our growing business.

What you'll be doing
  1. Handling a wide range of administrative duties, including document management, data entry, and filing.
  2. Providing exceptional customer service to clients through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  3. Updating and maintaining course catalogues and product codes.
  4. Supporting the sales team with various administrative tasks.
  5. Maintaining and updating internal databases and systems.
  6. Tracking and updating the purchase log of the Learning Management Platform.
What we're looking for
  1. At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in the Client and Sales Administration industry.
  2. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  5. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in your work.
  6. A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
