To enhance our successful Human Resources Team in AT&S Malaysia in Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah, we are looking for a passionate
Learning & Development Specialist
Your Responsibilities
- Implements appropriate training strategies, courseware and job aids to support and streamline the learning process
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand specific organizational, departmental, individual and/or external regulatory requirements on employees’ learning and development
- Administer end-to-end process of all training grants/incentives/levy related from government agencies/authorities, recognized bodies, training providers etc pertaining learning and development/training
- Administer Learning Management System (LMS), sustain and improve the LMS system
- Coordination of training activities
- Deliver general/specific trainings through most effective mode either physically or virtually or hybrid
- Evaluate trainees through assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs
- Evaluate effectiveness of training materials
- Proactively and collaboratively working as a team (internal and/or cross-functional)
- Updating and maintaining learning/training records/dashboards
- Other relevant assignments based on L&D and/or Company’s expectations/direction
Your Profile
- Bachelor University degree/ Master from an accredited university (preferably in Human Resources, Management or Business Administration)
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Learning & Development/ Training or similar experience, preferably in a manufacturing company
- Experience in technical training with digital content exposure will be a plus
- Good analytical skills with attention to details
- Ability to collect and interpret data into report
- Computer skills – MS Office Package (Excel, Word, Power Point etc)
- Good command written and communication English
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Able to work/collaborate in a team
- Ability to work in high volume manufacturing environment
- Good stress management skills through prioritization
- Knowledge of IC substrate manufacturing process is an advantage
