Responsibilities:

• Manage agency, RHB Group, Brokers and Direct portfolio to maximize productivity.
• Prudent underwriter in acceptance of new risks as according to branch limits given by HO.
• Handling and settling claims within branch authority.
• Expand new market share.
• Arranging survey and risks management for corporate clients.
• Identify market opportunities and develop structural marketing strategies.
• Review product portfolio.
• Formulate and implement marketing strategy to maximize business potentials through Agency channel.
• Enhance Agency Recruitment Programme.
• Organize Relationship Enhancement activities.
• Monitor Credit Control policy.
• Manage Branch Operation.
• Oversee Sales Performance of Unit.
• Manpower planning for Agency unit.
• Ensuring Regulatory Guidelines and Company Policy are being adhered to.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the Insurance industry.
