Job description

Senior Executive, Retail Network Planning

Monitor competitor opening activities and other retail property developments to maintain an updated database, which is periodically cleaned to reflect closures and ensure location accuracy.

Maintain a database of points of interest (POIs) relevant to the business and perform periodic database cleaning to achieve high data quality.

Utilize GIS and other analytical tools to produce KML/KMZ files, geospatial, and analytical insights that contribute to the network strategy review process.

Assist in data gathering and manipulation to support regular executive reports and presentations, including sales performance reports.

Identify issues, trends, and opportunities using various techniques.

Establish a network of contacts and collaborate with internal and external parties, such as land use planners, to gather critical data.

Source profitable sites for opening 7-Eleven stores aligned with the company’s growth targets.

Conduct site surveys, evaluations, and submit proposals for management consideration.

Coordinate site inspections and procure tenancy documentation from landlords.

Liaise with landlords and agents to facilitate tenancy agreements and vacant possession.

Clearly articulate the rationale for proposed locations, supported by qualitative and comparative assessments.

Maintain relationships with property developer platforms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, GIS, Property and Estate Management, or related fields.
  • Experience with ArcGIS, QGIS, or similar GIS applications, or in Real Estate/Property Management.
  • Business acumen with experience in sales performance analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency in data visualization, statistical software, and database management, or experience in real estate business development.
  • Resourceful in data gathering and manipulation, with a focus on data accuracy for site acquisition.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple projects.
  • Good interpersonal skills, able to work independently and collaboratively.
