As a Service Coordinator Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our service team to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction. You’ll assist in coordinating schedules, managing service requests, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, technicians, and the internal team. Your work helps ensure that every service experience is timely, professional, and exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the Service Coordinator in scheduling and dispatching service technicians.
  2. Communicate effectively with clients to confirm appointments and follow up on service outcomes.
  3. Maintain accurate service records, reports, and client databases.
  4. Handle incoming service inquiries via phone or email and ensure timely responses.
  5. Assist with inventory tracking, work order processing, and documentation.
  6. Collaborate with technicians and other departments to resolve service issues efficiently.
Requirements:
  • SPM or equivalent; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
