Job description

•Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and
performance management.
•Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain updated HR records.
•Lead employee engagement and development initiatives.
•Supervise the administration of benefits and support payroll and compensation
process.
•Oversee office management functions, including facilities maintenance, supplies,
vendor relations, company accommodation, and vehicle management.
• Develop and implement HR programs and policies.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to HR staff.
• Prepare HR-related reports and present findings to management as needed.
• Provide support to business goals and other duties as assigned by the management.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in HR and administration, with at least 1-2 years in a
supervisory role.
• Knowledgeable on the use of Microsoft Applications.
• Experience in HR software.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
• Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
