Job Description

You will play an essential role in managing research projects from start to finish; supporting the Senior Manager on research design, analysis, reporting, and presenting findings to clients. We will equip you with top market research skills and capabilities through on-the-job coaching and structured training. You will also have access to our full range of data and analytics solutions. While surveys are a focus, we also utilize various other data sources to provide comprehensive insights and impress clients.

  • Maintain and build an accurate, complete, and up-to-date understanding of the market with insightful data and intelligence.
  • Accountable for analyses, charting, and performing quality checks for analytic reports.
  • Assist in developing analytical solutions, consumer insight recommendations, and questionnaires aligned with client goals and needs.
  • Assist in preparing proposals and credential presentations.
  • Ensure timely, high-quality deliverables and services to clients.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for research projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on research initiatives.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Social Sciences, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Market Research industry.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Proactive, strives for excellence, and a good team player.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong client service skills with effective communication and writing in English.
