The Operation Audit Executive is responsible for conducting operation audits and streamlining process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct operation audits across various departments, business units, and processes to assess operational effectiveness and efficiency.
2. Conduct post-audit meetings, prepare, and present audit reports to management and stakeholders, outlining findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.
3. Lead improvements based on audit findings, review and follow up on the implementation of corrective actions to ensure issues are addressed and improvements are made.
4. Create, update, and maintain standard procedures, processes, audit programs, manuals, and tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Finance, Engineering, or relevant fields from a recognized institution.
• Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with Chinese counterparts.
