Brand Planning & Strategy
- Develop comprehensive brand plans and marketing strategies tailored to client objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform brand direction.
- Assist in brand positioning and messaging strategies that resonate with target audiences.
Proposal Development
- Prepare and present strategic proposals, campaign ideas, and pitch decks for existing and potential clients.
- Collaborate with creative and media teams to develop compelling campaign concepts and deliverables.
Budget Management
- Assist in preparing project budgets, timelines, and cost estimates.
- Monitor campaign expenses and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
Client Servicing
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communications and project updates.
- Understand client needs, provide solutions, and ensure high satisfaction through timely and quality service delivery.
- Coordinate and follow up with internal teams to ensure deliverables meet expectations.
Campaign Execution
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of branding and marketing campaigns.
- Track performance metrics and provide post-campaign analysis and reports.
Requirement
- Graduated from a background of Advertising, Mass Communication, PR , Marketing or related fields.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in account management, client servicing roles in advertising or media industries.
- Constantly on the loop of the industry, category and consumer trends to proactively seek and recommend solutions.
- Detail oriented, disciplined and effective communicator.
