Greeting and welcoming guests with a friendly and professional demeanour.

Providing prompt and attentive table service, including taking orders, delivering drinks and meals, and ensuring the dining experience exceeds customer expectations.

Maintaining a thorough knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and ingredients to assist customers with their selections.

Communicating efficiently with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Clearing and resetting tables in a timely and organised manner.

Handling cash and card transactions accurately and securely.

Adhering to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

Proactively identifying and addressing customer needs and concerns.
