Key Responsibilities:

1. Support and maintain CRM systems, websites, and Power BI dashboards.
2. Ensure data integrity and accurate data loading for reliable reporting.
3. Build dashboards and generate insights to support decision-making.
4. Analyze and improve internal workflows and business processes.
5. Act as a bridge between business users and tech teams to ensure aligned execution.
6. Evaluate and implement tools to enhance performance and efficiency.
7. Collaborate across departments and lead or support key projects.
8. Demonstrate flexibility by multitasking across various responsibilities.
9. Provide first-level support and daily management of CRM systems, data models, and Power BI dashboards.

Requirements:

1. 3–5 years' experience in a Business Analyst role.
2. Strong hands-on experience with CRM systems and Power BI.
3. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office tools.
4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
5. Effective communication skills with cross-functional teams.
6. Self-driven, adaptable, and able to manage pressure.
