Job Purpose
This position will report directly to the Senior Vice President / Vice President of Transformation, and will also occasionally report to other leaders for cross-functional projects assigned by the Head of Transformation. The Executive will be responsible for assisting the Head and key stakeholders in various aspects and functional roles to execute Prasarana’s transformation agenda, and will lead the delivery of the assigned initiatives/projects, anchoring on clear KPIs and targets.
Key Accountabilities
- To proactively manage, facilitate and deliver impactful projects that are critical for the organisation in achieving engineering and operational excellence; enhancing customer and employee experience; and improving financial sustainability through revenue growth, cost optimisation and productivity.
- Work closely with business units and cross-functional teams to gain an in-depth understanding of their business processes, issues and needs.
- Support Project Managers from Business Units and Divisions in delivering impactful initiatives/projects that meet its true north, objectives and target set through benchmark studies, desktop research and sharing of key insights from analysis on KPI performance, progress of initiatives on the programme implementation tracker and feedback from key stakeholders.
- Initiate, plan and facilitate problem solving sessions, e.g. via design sprints, labs, and workshops. Review business processes and conduct indepth data analysis to understand challenges, root causes, trends and predictions, guided by Senior Managers or Head of Transformation.
- Prioritise solutions, develop and follow through recommendations.
- Collaborate with Senior Management (internal) and key stakeholders to manage consultation and syndication process.
- Monitor the milestones of group-wide KPIs performance through systematic information gathering and analyzing data and information to facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice.
- Managing and coordinating activities for the yearly strategic business planning cycle group-wide. Assisting in other related duties/tasks assigned by Head of Department / Division.
Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Engineering, Economics, Finance or equivalent.
- Minimum five years working experience as Management Trainee, Consulting, Transformation Office or similar fields.
- Strong data analysis and data visualisation skills. Experience in financial analysis/modelling is an added advantage.
- Recognised Programme Management qualifications (e.g. MSP, PMP, Agile) are an added advantage but not a requirement.
