Functional Accountabilities:

Join an exciting company and be part of our success story. We will equip you with the know-how and experience to foster your growth. In this role, which involves job rotation, you will undertake the following responsibilities:

Personnel Data Admin (PDA)

  • Perform data entry of employee personal details into SAP system, including employee movements such as new hires, transfers, and terminations.

Time & Attendance (T&A)

  • Process employee leave and overtime data, working with Excel sheets and SAP data entry.

Compensation & Benefits (C&B)

  • Analyze and maintain employee compensation data in Workday and SAP, including incentives, benefits, allowances, perks, and bonuses.

Payroll Administration

  • Run payroll via SAP system and reconcile payroll reports with PDA and T&A data to ensure accurate salary processing.

Requirements:

  • A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar HR role is preferred.
  • Experience with SAP or Workday is advantageous.
  • Willing to be based in Georgetown, Penang.
