Job Description

To service air-conditioning models RAC (Room Air-Cond), PAC (Package Air-Cond), and VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) equipment.

To troubleshoot air-conditioning units on-site.

To investigate air-conditioning warranty issues.

To prepare service reports and explain findings to customers.

To prepare technical documentation.

To assist the department in training, service activities, and provide technical support.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Higher/Graduate Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, or Certificate in any field.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience is required.
• Preferably with technical knowledge of air-conditioning and servicing experience.
• Excellent command of English and Malay (verbal and written); Mandarin is an advantage.
• Hold a valid class D driving license.
