Maintain accurate fixed asset records with proper tagging and regular audits.

Capitalize assets, manage depreciation, and reconcile with the general ledger.

Track asset movements, support new store setups, and ensure complete documentation.

Ensure compliance with policies and assist in internal and external audits.

Manage the SAP fixed asset module and propose improvements to asset tracking processes.

What we're looking for

Diploma/bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Admin.

1–2 years of relevant experience in fixed asset accounting or asset tracking.

Familiarity with fixed asset modules.

Strong knowledge of depreciation, asset capitalization, and accounting standards.

Good communication skills and detail-oriented.

Willing to travel for outlet asset verifications and audits when necessary.
