Job Purpose
- Manage overall township maintenance, upkeep, amenities, and security services to enhance value to the township and business unit.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive and manage all township service-related activities, including maintaining, upkeeping, and enhancing amenities within the township and business unit.
- Monitor maintenance works as per SO’s certification by contractors within the Defect Liability Period (DLP).
- Manage vendors or service providers to ensure the services or products provided adhere to company policies and meet stakeholder expectations.
- Oversee maintenance and security issues of unsold properties, urban services, landscaping works, including areas yet to be handed over to authorities.
- Handle utilities bills such as TNB, Syabas, IWK, and manage transfer of ownership.
- Provide advice and recommendations related to township services operations, strategy, budgeting, and management reporting.
- Build strong rapport with Pro-Tem/Resident Associations/JMBs and organize community activities.
- Establish good relations with the Local Authority (LA) and ensure proper handover of common areas.
- Manage the township services operating budget and expenses.
- Supervise team members, oversee their career development, and ensure sufficient resources for project implementation.
Professional Qualification & Education
- Degree in Real Estate Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or relevant qualifications in property development.
- At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in property development.
