Monitor production schedules and adjust workflow to optimize productivity.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies in the production area.

Lead and mentor a team of production workers, providing guidance and support.

Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions to maintain smooth operations.

Maintain accurate production reports and data for performance analysis.

Job Requirements:

A degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in an electrical manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, circuit design, components, and production processes.

Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.

In-depth understanding of electrical safety standards and compliance regulations.

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with other departments (engineering, quality control, etc.)
