Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Review and adhere to all Company policies as outlined in the latest Employee Handbook.
2. Comply with all terms and conditions of applicable employment agreements.
3. Monitor production processes and assist the Contract Manufacturer (CM) with MP production transfer, stability, and final release readiness.
4. Coordinate with functional teams to improve production yield rates.
5. Ensure product requirement implementation accuracy at the CM side, with familiarity in quality control systems.
6. Conduct preliminary failure analysis of process or component defects to assist CM in root cause detection and data collection.
7. Track and review improvement reports from CMs/suppliers, assess feasibility, and oversee corrective actions.

Qualifications:

1. Education and/or Experience: BSEE, BSCS, MSEE, MSCS, BSEM, or MSEM with less than 2 years of hands-on experience in PCB assembly processes.
2. Good knowledge of computer or electronic components and devices.
3. Familiarity with testing and inspection of electronic components.
4. Around 2 to 5 years of experience in the PCBA field.
5. Willing to work on-site at the CM factory.
