Responsible for the daily administrative operations of the office.
Manage the renewal and termination processes for office lease agreements.
Monitor and maintain records of business licenses, utility bills, payments, and reimbursement claims.
Oversee contracts and coordinate with service providers for office systems, vendors, equipment, and supplies.
Ensure proper maintenance and functionality of office equipment and facilities.
Administer office safety initiatives, including fire drills and other safety procedures.
Manage office renovation and reinstatement projects, including permit applications.
Coordinate and manage company parking allocations and sourcing.
Provide support in the planning and execution of office events.
Implement and maintain inventory control systems to monitor asset levels and usage.
Liaise with external vendors and service providers to procure required services and supplies.
Ensure compliance with OSHA/HSE policies and workplace safety standards.
Promote effective communication among departments and administrative teams to maintain consistent information flow.
Assist in planning and managing overall office administration functions.
Serve as the primary point of contact for CCTV monitoring and time attendance systems.
Act as the liaison with building and facility management teams; coordinate service and maintenance appointments.
Provide administrative coverage during team members' leave or absences.
Manage office samples, festive gift distributions, and stock handling as needed.
Perform any other related administrative tasks to support the organization’s goals and operations.
Possess at least a diploma/degree (please specify your qualification).
Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
Computer literate and familiar with commonly used software and digital tools.
Proactive and motivated to exceed expectations.
