Responsibilities

• Prepare proposal/construction drawings based on client’s architectural and structural drawings.
• Liaise with teams to produce required drawings and attend site meetings.
• Maintain revisions of project drawings and ensure accuracy.

Job description

Prepare proposal/construction drawings upon receipt of Architectural and Structural drawings from the client.

Liaise with senior draughtsmen, the technical team, technical manager, site team, and specification team to produce the required drawings.

Attend site and consultant meetings as requested by the client or supervisor.

Provide timely technical drawings and contribute solutions to technical issues.

Contribute to technical project drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.

Maintain all revisions of project drawings, review drawings for completeness and accuracy.

Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Willingness to travel (>50%).

Job Requirements:

Minimum diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering design or a related field.

Experience in drafting roles is required; industry certifications are preferred. Experience in the construction industry, especially external facades, will be prioritized.

Strong interpersonal skills to communicate ideas effectively with colleagues and convey concepts to non-technical staff.

High attention to detail during drafting to prevent design issues, with good organizational skills to multitask and prioritize workload.

Independent, disciplined, with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
