Job Responsibilities :

Strategic Procurement & Best Practices:

  • Review, update, and implement Procurement Best Practices (BP) to align with company objectives.
  • Provide clear direction and mentorship to Procurement (PCM) teams.
  • Resolve operational challenges, streamline workflows, and improve team performance.
  • Collaborate with ICT and stakeholders to gather feedback and improve POMS functionality.
  • Ensure system alignment with Supply Chain Flow, Stages & Scenarios (SFS) guidelines for seamless procurement operations.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Track and evaluate the performance of Procurement (PCM) department KPIs regularly.
  • Identify areas for improvement and ensure that performance targets are met consistently.

Overseas Packaging Sourcing & Supplier Management:

  • Lead strategic sourcing of packaging materials from international suppliers.
  • Develop and maintain a strong supplier network, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and on-time delivery.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage supplier relationships, and mitigate supply risks.

To perform any ad-hoc task as assigned by superior or management from time to time.

Operational Tasks:
  • Assess and approve supplier quote comparisons (for purchases >100 EUR).
  • Review and sign off on invoices for payment processing.
  • Approve POMS PRF (Purchase Request Form) for RawPacMat.
  • Authorize CAPEX/OPEX Purchase Orders.
  • Monitor PO (Purchase Order) performance and supplier delivery adherence.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.
  • Master’s Degree or Professional Certifications (CPSM, CIPS, etc.) will be an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years in procurement, preferably in Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and supplier management skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement software & ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, AX Dynamics preferred).
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc.) for data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing deadlines and minimising stockouts.
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken).
