ServAuto is building Southeast Asia’s most trusted automotive service platform. Our mission is to make car care transparent and worry-free. We’ve raised our Seed round and are now scaling our footprint through strategic growth, smart capital deployment, and ecosystem partnerships.
We are looking for a highly motivated Corporate Strategy Analyst to join our founding team. This role sits at the intersection of growth strategy, financial planning, and investor support. You will work directly with the CEO to build growth models, evaluate partnerships, support fundraising, and drive key strategic projects across the business.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic initiatives (e.g., new city launches, service line expansions, strategic partnerships).
Build business cases for new opportunities including financial projections, ROI analysis, and go-to-market plans.
Collaborate with BD and marketing teams on TAM/SAM/SOM sizing, unit economics, and regional expansion models.
Develop dashboards and frameworks to track the performance of key strategic projects.
Maintain and update the company’s master financial model, including P&L, cash flow, and runway forecasts.
Analyze actual vs. forecasted performance and recommend improvements based on variance analysis.
Support quarterly and monthly business reviews and budgeting processes.
Partner with the operations and finance team to design metrics and reporting tools for service unit economics, CAC/LTV, and channel ROI.
Support the CEO and finance team in preparing investor materials, including pitch decks, data rooms, and due diligence responses.
Assist in cap table tracking, legal documentation, and investment structuring (SAFE, equity rounds).
Help manage communication with current and prospective investors, including follow-ups and quarterly updates.
Conduct industry benchmarking and M&A screening for future inorganic growth.
Evaluate strategic alliances, ecosystem partnerships (e.g., banks, insurance, OEMs), and new revenue streams.
Work with external stakeholders (consultants, advisors, potential acquirers/targets) on business planning or investment discussions.
Drive ad-hoc CEO-office projects with high strategic importance.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in corporate strategy, FP&A, investment banking, VC/PE, or consulting.
Experience in startups or automotive/e-commerce/retail industry is a strong plus.
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; proficiency in PowerPoint or Google Slides.
Comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and lean execution.
High attention to detail, strong critical thinking, and intellectual curiosity.
Strong communication skills, capable of synthesizing complex issues into clear and actionable insights.
