Job description

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
  2. Identify and secure new business opportunities through market research and client outreach.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  4. Provide clients with advice on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate availability.
  5. Develop tailored recruitment strategies to meet client needs and industry trends.
  6. Analyze industry trends and market insights to develop effective recruitment strategies.
  7. Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events, such as job fairs.
  8. Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Professional Degree in any field.
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in the recruitment industry or corporate sales.
  • Sales-oriented, dynamic, energetic, and positive working attitude in a performance-driven environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of people.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, able to multitask, and able to work independently.
  • Confident, persistent, strong in communication, committed, and resourceful.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
