About The Role
Bry-Air Malaysia is seeking an experienced
Service Sales Engineer to expand our service business portfolio. This role is critical in driving after-sales revenue through spare parts, retrofits, rotors, service maintenance and customer retention. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, customer-focused sales professional with deep knowledge of industrial services and the drive to grow long-term client partnerships.
Job Description
- Drive sales for after-sales services including spare parts, retrofits, rotors, and maintenance service.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with key clients across Malaysia.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tenders.
- Identify new service opportunities and create tailored value propositions.
- Work closely with the sales, technical and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales performance.
- Meet monthly sales targets and provide market feedback to management.
Requirements
- More than 3 years of experience in service sales, ideally in HVAC, industrial equipment, or engineering services.
- Strong understanding of spare parts and retrofitting, and service maintenance offerings.
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering/Mechanical/Electrical, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Independent, target-driven, and capable of managing a full sales cycle.
- Proficient in English
- Possess own transport and willing to travel nationwide.
