- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or audit, preferably in an accounting firm.
- Preferably with knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Autocount) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Provide on-job training
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- Knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and tax regulations is an advantage.
- Fully Remote Working, with travel to Singapore required once a week for on-site client handling.
- Manage multiple full sets of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely reconciliation.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, management reports, and statutory filings.
- Support tax computations and submissions (on-the-job training provided).
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for financial reporting.
- Coordinate with clients, auditors, tax agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth financial operations.
- Maintain corporate secretarial records for clients.
- Assist with additional accounting tasks and ad-hoc assignments as needed.
