As a D365 ERP F&O Finance Consultant, you will be client-facing and responsible for discovering, scoping, and collecting requirements to build and deploy tailored solutions. You’ll solve problems with your ERP expertise while liaising between clients, project teams, and the wider ERP community. Our industry-specific business process modeling and implementation methodology enable faster value realization and reduce total cost of ownership. This role offers the chance to work for the Microsoft #1 partner, with a focus on personal development and training in technology and soft skills.

What you’ll do

1. Define functional and non-functional requirements aligned with business processes.
2. Elicit, document, and validate business requirements from clients and stakeholders using your industry, technology, and best practices knowledge.
3. Participate in client workshops, analyze business processes, and design solutions for application and process gaps.
4. Prototype and configure business processes to meet customer constraints.
5. Support key-users during user acceptance testing, address issues, and ensure the system meets client expectations.

Skills and experiences

• 3+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations as a finance consultant.
• Good understanding of finance and extended functionality in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Experience collaborating with project teams and customers.
• Experience in ensuring timely and accurate project status updates to stakeholders.
• Consulting and client-facing experience from an implementation partner.
• Able to learn and adapt to Avanade’s delivery tools and methodology.
• CPA, ACCA, or similar certifications are a plus.
• Dynamics 365 Finance certifications are a plus.
• Proficiency in a second language such as Mandarin, Cantonese, Thai, or Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
