About the role

As the Talent Acquisition Executive at Minconsult Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top talent to support the company's growth and ambitious objectives. This full-time position is based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, providing you with the opportunity to contribute to the company's success from a dynamic, innovative environment.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates for a variety of roles across the organisation
2. Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and requirements, and provide expert guidance on the recruitment process
3. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
4. Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure the best fit for the available positions
5. Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
6. Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the recruitment lifecycle
7. Continuously monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimisation

What we're looking for

• At least 3 years of experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role, preferably within the civil/structural engineering industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
• Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations
• A proactive, analytical mindset and a passion for finding the perfect fit for every role
