Position: Junior Digital Designer

Responsibilities

1. Assist the Digital Marketing Manager:
   • Prepare reports
   • Take notes during meetings
   • Schedule posts
   • Assist in communicating with clients
   • Contribute in brainstorming and idea generation sessions
2. Assist the Senior Digital Designer:
   • Assist in design production, including:
     • 2D motion graphic animations for social media
     • Static visuals for social media and graphic design tasks

Who We Are Looking For

1. Design Skills:
   • Strong sense of aesthetics and design skills to create visually engaging and beautifully crafted digital assets for social media, including both 2D animated and static posts, as well as other graphic design work.
2. Software Proficiency:
   • Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other social media content creation tools.
3. Mindset:

4. Education:
   • Diploma or higher in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
5. Experience:
   • Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of design experience (social media, motion graphics, or multimedia design related).

   • Self-motivated, proactive, and responsible
   • Good time management and punctual in delivering work

7. Passion & Knowledge:

8. Communication Skills:
   • Good communication skills (mainly English), both verbally and in writing, articulate and concise
