Strategy and Business Innovation Manager (Manufacturing & Supply Chain)
We are seeking an experienced Strategy and Business Innovation Manager to lead the development and implementation of innovative strategies within our client's supply chain sector. This role demands a strong grasp of industry trends, business model innovation, and operational efficiency, with an emphasis on delivering value to key stakeholders in the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business model innovations, customer-centric strategies, and value propositions.
- Perform advanced market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and guide strategic decisions.
- Analyze manufacturing operations, identify pain points, and address supply chain challenges to improve operations.
- Manage ROI analysis, resource allocation, and scalability planning for initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align strategies with financial and operational goals.
- Promote innovation through ideation, rapid prototyping, and continuous learning.
- Mentor junior team members to develop skills and ensure project success.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience in business strategy, market analysis, and business model innovation within manufacturing and supply chain sectors.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, operations, and supply chain trends.
- Strong financial skills, including ROI analysis, budgeting, and resource management.
- Expertise in innovation techniques like ideation and prototyping.
- Strategic thinking and high-level execution capabilities.
- Ability to align work streams with long-term business objectives.
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional team management skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, listening, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading large-scale, cross-departmental initiatives in manufacturing or supply chain operations.
- Certifications such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma are advantageous.
