ASSISTANT MANAGER, HUMAN RESOURCES (PAVILION BUKIT JALIL MALL)
The Assistant Manager, Human Resources will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Human Resources functions.
Responsibilities
- Human Resources Planning
- Handle the staffing process from recruitment to onboarding
- Manage induction for new employees
- Employee Relations
- Ensure employees are aware of HR policies and procedures and respond to inquiries
- Attend to employee grievances and provide guidance
- Advise management on employee relations issues resolution
- Plan and organize social activities for employees
- Training and Development
- Coordinate with training providers on training needs in consultation with Line Managers
- Maintain HRDC claims
- Ensure adherence to performance management procedures
- Payroll and HR Administration
- Handle payroll processing for all employees
- Administer employee benefits such as health insurance, leave, etc.
- Maintain up-to-date employee information in the HR Information System and personnel files
- Keep records of benefit plans and employee statistics for reporting and audits
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or related courses, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act, Labour Laws, and Grievance Procedures
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written)
- Experience in systems implementation, maintenance, and process improvement
- Familiarity with recruitment processes
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
