Customer Service Executive (Fresh Grad Welcome)

Job Responsibilities (What you’ll be doing)

  • Responsible for answering & screening telephone calls, messaging & email.
  • Handle customer complaints, follow up to ensure resolution, and achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Undertake specific assignments, ad-hoc jobs, and related duties as required.
  • Perform administrative functions, including preparing daily and monthly reports.

Job Requirements (Who are we looking for?)

  • Candidate must possess a Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in any field.
  • Fresh graduates are WELCOME!!!
  • Preferred language: Mandarin, as the role requires dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients.
