Kuala Lumpur Permanent MYR6,000 - MYR8,000 per month (MYR72,000 - MYR96,000 per year) Work from Home or Hybrid

You will be responsible for managing end-to-end employee life cycle functions and overseeing a wide range of HR-related duties. Moreover, you'll have the opportunity to work with heads of departments and engage with international stakeholders from diverse subsidiaries, thereby expanding your expertise and professional network.

Job Description

  • Design, develop, and continually improve the on-boarding program to enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new employees to the company culture, values, and expectations.
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork and compliance requirements are met during the on-boarding process.
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and facilitate training sessions as part of the on-boarding process.
  • Provide guidance and support to new employees, helping them navigate their initial days and weeks in the organisation.
  • Collect feedback from new hires and stakeholders to continuously improve the on-boarding process.
  • Develop initiatives to foster a sense of belonging and engagement among new hires.
  • Track and report on key on-boarding metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the program.
  • Ensure all on-boarding activities comply with relevant labour laws and regulations.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in on-boarding, employee orientation, or a related HR function.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and on-boarding processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on providing an exceptional employee experience.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools.
  • Knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and regulations is a plus.
