Role Overview:

The Activation Crew plays a crucial role in driving brand presence and customer engagement in high-traffic areas, promoting Hotlink products and services through direct interaction with potential customers, and ensuring successful activation of Top Up and Mobile Internet (AWMI) for Malaysians.

What You Can Expect To Do:

• Conduct on-ground roving activities at designated high-traffic areas to engage with potential customers.
• Actively promote and create awareness about Hotlink products and services.
• Encourage product activation through Top Up and Mobile Internet (AWMI) for Malaysian users.
• Achieve the activation targets set by the company.
• Work effectively in an outdoor environment while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Drive youth engagement through strategic campus activations.

What We're Looking For:

• Highly motivated individuals with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced environment.
