Position Summary

Support the Brand, Marketing and Digital organization in implementing eCommerce strategies. Responsible for executing digital activities aligned with key initiatives and strategies. Ensure activities support the successful implementation of eCommerce plans across the region. Manage daily social media channel activities, foster engaged communities, and participate in online conversations to enhance brand visibility and customer satisfaction. Establish a positive online presence by integrating property-specific and brand messaging effectively. Measure and report on the impact of online presence on the hotel's business performance, including trends and analytics.

Additional Responsibilities
  • Assist management in training and motivating employees; serve as a role model.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures; maintain professional appearance and confidentiality.
  • Provide excellent guest service, addressing needs proactively and expressing genuine appreciation.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
  • Develop positive working relationships, support team goals, and monitor performance standards.
  • Perform visual verification of information and handle objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: 2-year degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related field from an accredited university.
  • Related Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a relevant role.
  • Supervisory Experience: None required.
  • License or Certification: None required.
