About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Executive, Ecommerce to join the dynamic team at Fraser & Neave (F&N). In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving the company's e-commerce strategy and execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to expand our online presence and drive sales growth.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and market share
• Manage and optimise the company's e-commerce platforms, including websites, online marketplaces, and digital storefronts
• Analyse customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and technology teams to create engaging and user-friendly online experiences
• Monitor and report on key e-commerce metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and revenue
• Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices
• Identify and implement strategies to improve logistics, fulfilment, and customer service for online orders

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, online marketing, and digital analytics
• Proven track record of driving growth and improving the performance of e-commerce channels
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

• Familiarity with the FMCG industry and the Malaysian market is a plus
