Positions Available
Personal Financial Consultant
  • Achieve PFC ASB Financing, Smart Money, Education Financing, Personal Financing, ASNB Variables, Bancassurance & Banca Takaful, Credit Card targets as assigned.
  • Achieve branch business referral target as assigned.
  • Execute sales plan and strategies to achieve the targets assigned.
Customer Service Officer
  • Assist in managing daily branch operational activities, monitoring compliance, and regulatory requirements in accordance with the Bank's internal policy and regulatory standards.
  • Ensure the highest quality customer experience through excellent customer service and brand image enhancement.
  • Assist in referral and cross-selling of deposits, investments, insurance, Wealth, Takaful products, and activities to achieve branch targets.
Customer Service Representative
  • Provide frontline service to customers.
  • Deliver quality customer service in accordance with the Bank's internal policies.
  • Perform back-office functions and support customer service activities.
  • Contribute to branch deposit growth and cross-selling of Deposit, Investment, Bancassurance, and Banca Takaful products.
