The LEAD program is an accelerated growth career program that takes approximately two years and emphasizes leadership and career development through various training and rotational opportunities.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE: LEAD Associate - RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT

• You will rotate within cross-functional teams such as R&D, Commercial, Operations, and Procurement.
• Each rotation lasts from 6 to 8 months.
• You will work on live, crucial projects impacting our daily business.
• You will develop technical, functional, and leadership skills.
• You will participate in a training curriculum designed to develop your leadership capabilities.
• You will be assigned a mentor.
