About The Department
Job Responsibilities
  1. Conduct credit assessments on borrowers based on triggering events such as DPD, legal suits, or changes in directors/shareholders.
  2. Conduct site visits for borrowers located in Klang Valley.
  3. Handle special mention accounts.
  4. Manage R&R cases (if any).
  5. Conduct stress tests or respond to ad hoc requests from management.
  6. Attend to Joint & Several Guarantee documents and signing processes.
Job Requirements
  1. Minimum 3-5 years of SME banking experience; prior SME sales background is advantageous.
  2. Ability to approach and communicate effectively with customers to understand their working capital requirements (WCR).
  3. Good understanding of legal processes involved in documentation.
  4. Proactive in exploring restructuring and rescheduling (R&R) options for delinquent accounts.
  5. Ability to chase collections for delinquent accounts.
