AREA SALES MANAGER (KLANG VALLEY & SOUTHERN REGION)
Job description
Job Responsibility:
- Achieving outlet sales targets, managing manpower & executing sales strategies.
- Ensuring outlets adherence to Standard Operating Policies & Procedures.
- Daily operational matters which include sales promotion activities, merchandising compliance, logistic issues, stock control, and software & hardware maintenance.
- Leading Outlet Supervisors & Associates to achieve stores’ KPI by coaching, guidance & motivating.
- Coordinating with the Human Resource department in manpower planning, staff recruitment, conducting appraisals & training.
- Assisting in ad hoc tasks assigned by Superior from time to time.
Requirements:
- Willing to work 6 days/week, including weekends and public holidays.
- Willing to work long or irregular hours and be on call to respond to outlet crises/emergencies.
- At least 3 years of working experience in FMCG.
- At least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
- Willing to travel and possess own transport (Klang Valley / Southern Region).
- Proactive, open-minded, and self-motivated.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and emotional intelligence.
- Passionate about customer service.
- Good analytical skills to assess situational problems and solve problems using a root cause approach.
